Director/editor Donnie Mullins presents a skewed sense of reality wrapped in dark humour. Career highlights as a writer/director include “The Cottage” (DV feature for Broad Based/Flaming Hick Productions), “Offset” (a 22-episode online drama for Epitome Pictures/SNAP! Media) and “Cakewalk” (a 16mm short, Flaming Hick Productions). Donnie received a Juno nomination for his work on Simple Plan’s “A Big Package For You” music documentary. He is the recipient of the Imaginus Award, France (for “Offset”), The Norman Jewison Filmmaker Award (for “Cakewalk”) and the Moses Znaimer City TV Film Award (for “Flaming Tuesday”).
