Noemi Weiss

Ed Sinclair (director) has been a director, producer and picture editor for over eleven years. He founded his company Electric Body Productions Inc. to produce two half-hour dance films for Bravo!: Ohm: dance through an electric eye (1999) and Waking the Witch (2003). His works have screened in festivals around the world including Toronto, Montreal, London, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Sydney and Chicago. Having started his career as a video artist in 1993 with a BFA from York University, Ed is a regular guest lecturer at universities in Ontario and Quebec, including York, Concordia, Brock and OCAD. A long-standing member of Trinity Square Video, Ed served two terms on the Board of Directors from 1998-2001. He has also tried his hand at directing theatre. His show “Love Among the Ruins” was part of the 2003 Rhubarb Festival at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. Up until recently he was also one-third of the creative editorial team for local media art zine KATALOGUE.
